3. 3. Confirm a convenient collection date and time
   You'll receive a notification when your order is ready. Book a 15-minute pickup appointment via call, WhatsApp or email
4. 4. Pick it up
   Bring your order confirmation notification. No further payment needed – you already paid online.

❓ Why do you require payment first?

Great question! Because we are an online-only store with no public warehouse, we source each item fresh from our local, long-time partner and supplier after you order and pay, within 1 day. This guarantees:

• ✔️ Your items are reserved only for you – never out of stock
• ✔️ You receive brand new, never-returned lingerie
• ✔️ Our prices stay 20–30% lower than mall stores (no expensive rent for a showroom and overheads)

No payment = no sourcing = no pickup. It’s that simple, fair, and honest.

⏱️ Timing & Appointment Rules

• Ready for collection: 1 business day after you pay.
• Pickup window: You must collect within 7 days of your "ready" email.
• Uncollected after 7 days: We will courier it to you for an additional R85 (or you can forfeit the order – no refunds).
• Can't collect? Reply to your confirmation notice – we can switch you to courier locker delivery for R85.
