Refunds and Returns Policy
- There is always a small chance of a product being faulty or damaged when it is unpacked.
- In this case, please put it back in the original packaging and contact us straight away.
- We will sort out a replacement or credit in this case.
- The product must be in original condition and in original packaging.
- However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.

Cancellation of orders incur admin and banking charges, therefore all cancellations will be subject to 25% cancellation fee
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of returned/cancelled items and they should take up the insurance at own cost.Items Not Returnable:
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, G-string, thongs, or similar intimate items, including sex toys.Return Order Condition:
Only defective items could be returned for refund or exchanged.
The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and adult toys, are not eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact us via email orders@ufashion.co.za or phone 072 072 7059 or Whatsapp, 072 072 7059 initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive instructions on how to send back your items.
- Packing Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging, if possible. Include any paperwork, accessories, and tags that were included with your purchase.
- Shipping the Return: Send your return package using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or an incorrect item was received.
- Processing Your Return: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the original purchase and return request.
Exchanges:
Due to stock availability, we cannot guarantee exchanges. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.Shipping Charges for Defective/Faulty Items:
For defective items, we will bear up to R100.00 for the return shipping fee.Shipping Option or Return Items:
When sending a return or exchange it, is recommended that you use a parcel service that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods.Shipping Duration for Return Items:
Return items, must be received within 7 days of the tracking number being issued. Items received after 7 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.Credits:
Credits will be issued within 7 days of receipt of item. Please include your order date and order number to expedite processing of your credit.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable:
